Hello everyone! I’m Albert — a dedicated fitness enthusiast and strength training advocate with over 5 years of focused muscle-building experience. My journey has taken me from basic home workouts to a full training schedule that includes hypertrophy phases, strength cycles, deload periods, and precise nutrition tracking for macro and micronutrient balance.
